Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange.
All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped or sealed products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Damaged products due to shipping and delivery handling will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require photo evidence of damage.

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after the delivery date. Refunds are processed within 24 hours after being requested, but may take several business days to appear on your online statement depending on your card issuer’s internal processes.
Sale, Retired, or Imperfect items
Retired and imperfect scratch-off posters cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please carefully review the details on the product page.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on items not marked as Retired or Imperfect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address}.
If the item is no longer available, alternative items will be suggested to you for your exchange. A gift credit may be issued upon request.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. All requirements for a return or exchange must be satisfied.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for shipping costs for a return. If requested, a shipping label will be generated for you upon approval for a physical return and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping for exchanged product
Exchanged, damaged, or defective products are not charged additional shipping.
